How can i loose weight in fast?!


Question: Hi..I am 21 and 5'3'' .My weight is now like 150 pound...I want to loose weight fast..But the prb is i work in mcdonalds and i can't stop eating mcdonalds neighter can i stop drinking diet coke..Can anyone please give me any good idea how to stop eating at mcdonalds or pop and loose some weight?

maybe start by taking magnesuim to stop the cravings.
then take a good healthy meal to work and do not focus on the junky stuff from maccas.
tomorrow is the beginning of the rest of your life and you must make wise and healthy decisions.

Bring your own food to work and start trying to lead a healthier lifestyle. Try using a professional diet plan. I used i Diet & Fitness and I had great results with them. Bottom line is if you don't change your eating habits, you're going to end up in terrible shape.
