I have a question about my health...?!


Question: I currently weigh 54 kilos (112 lbs) i think, barely muscle more fat. If i do Boxing for 1 hour on Mon, Weds, Thurs and then the gym on Tues, Sunday. And eat healthy and not too much. How long do you aprox think it will take for me to shape up. Get mini abbs and reasonbly large biseps. And when you lose weight, does some come off your face?

When i lost weight, i first noticed a difference in my face- i think that may be the first place that you start to lose (but dont quote me on that!) I dont know how tall you are, but it doesnt really sound like your overweight (unless your shorter than 5ft 1in.) according to your BMI. If you want to lose excess weight, you need to do cardio- boxing is a great start and it will also tone up your whole body esp. your arms. Cardio's the only way you're gonna see all your hard work- no point having really tight abs if you cant see them under excess fat. Keep up the good work though, you sound like your really quite fit.

The first place most people see weight loss is in their face and fingers. Boxing is excellant cardio...coupled with some free weights you should notice a nice change within one month...some as little as a couple of weeks

good food in important to building your body. just excercise do nothing if you dont eat healthy. making shape in muscle will take time. minimun 1 year.
