What does a cross trainer do for your body?!


Question: I know its good for the heart, but is it good for toning or losing weight.

The cross trainer is great for toning your legs, bum and arms. If you want to use it for ab toning, simply let go of the handles and your abs will be engaged to help you keep your balance. They are also very good for weight loss. Use it for 30 minutes or more each time. Your cross trainer should have a read out which shows you your heart rate. Keep this in your fat burning zone. I usually do 30 minutes five times a week.
