Question: at 1:00 am i put a frozen pizza in the oven.

i smothered it in rach and i stuffed my face while watching Reno 911.

AND im on a DIET!! AH how do i redeem myself??

Don't beat yourself up, honey. It happens sometimes and it hasn't ruined your diet, it's just one bad day. Have a good day tomorrow. Some people fall off the wagon and then think "Oh well I've done it now, might as well keep eating". Weight loss is more about calories in and calories used in a week, not a day. If you have mainly good days then you'll be fine. If I pig out a bit I just do a bit more exercise the next day and then I feel better.

Is your diet too restrictive? If you're denying yourself everything and feeling hungy all the time then you'll binge. I let myself have a burger once a week, a few of my daughter's fries occasionally and the odd bit of cake. But I control my serving sizes and my calories. You can also look at alternatives. If you crave pizza, keep a small frozen Weight Watchers pizza or something in the freezer. It's a better option than a large pizza with ranch dressing on it, but it still tastes like pizza.

Good like, you're just fine. We have to live, we have to eat what we want occasionally. Just be good MOST of the time and it will all be OK :)

you have to give yourself a few 'treats'. it's ok. go back to the diet. and are you eating all food groups - carb, protein and veggies. if not you will get cravings. glutamine will help you reduce cravings.
follow a practical diet. have a snack every three hours. fruit or soy nuts. Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50% veg, 25% carb, 25% protein. pick a exercise regime you like. but lose only 1 kilo a week. that is the permanent way of losing.

Work it off. By the Way, that could have been a meal for starving children!! Of course they prob would have died from shock eating it. And know you will waste it by working it off. Plus, night is the worst time for your body to get more food. Night kills the metabolism.

sounds like you were drunk or stoned.

one day of over-eating on your diet won't hurt you. If you feel guilty then just exercise a bunch the next day

I accuse that pizza of being too tasty
whenever you feel like you have a big appetite
drink water a few minutes before you eat
that's what I read in a dieting book
and it works
I think most people have the odd day that they eat to much or to little :)

well, it doesnt matter. For weight loss being repetitive is very important. Eat less, workout and be happy , accept your weight and dont look at it as a problem.

Honestly Im not sure try eating selery or something.
Or get a tape worm thatll skinny u up :P
