I also got the First Magazine and sounds interesting and looks healthy and low calories. If it doesn't work as least it will adjust my appetite and hungry for sugar. There are so many diets out there but at least this diet is food that you can buy in your grocery store rather than on some website and not drugs involved. I was going to try it out too. I just read it in first magazine as well... I mean your supposed to lose 15lbs in 14 days... its worth a shot... if it don't work it don't work... but I'm gonna try it. lol I was about to ask the same question as you, but decided to look it up first...lol good luck
