Why aren't I looseing the weight on my stomach? I feel Like a MR.POTATOE HEA!


Question: I had a BAD pregnancy gained like 70 something pounds. I have lost 30 of it, in a year!!!! I have lost weight in my legs, in my arms, my face, I dont know how to loose this stomach though, it is so irritating. I buy new clothes and I take them home try them on and it fits all the way up to the zipper then it doesn't. I dont know what to do. I work out, I do sit ups. I am trying I really am. I have excess skin too (grows I know) I just want to know what I am doing wrong, or is there a reason, or some tips, besides sit ups, water, calorie intake, and walking at least 20-30 minutes a day, because that is what I have been doing. Haven't seen ANY results. It's like my weight loss actually has just Stopped. I try really hard, and food is my addiction, and I hate working out, so when I do workout and eat right and dont see ANY results, it is so depressing.

ok well my mother resenly had a babay and it has been like 11 mounths and my mom lost weight in every area except her stomach to. she tried working out just like you but she worked out and that didnt help but theres this diet that works and she has already lost 5 inches off her stomach in 7 days. its called the dairy and chicken diet. all you can eat is plain yogert,chicken,eggs(no sesonings) rice, crackers and soiy milk,fish and your basic vegtabless and fruit. just stick to it and no matter how good somthing looks dont eat it!!!!!!!!! get some support and tell them to not let you eat anything else.. i realley hope this helpsss

It's because you had a baby. Your stomach will stay big for a while.

You need patience, stomach fat is hard to shift, especially on women. Try walking for an hourm & thers nothing wrong with eating lots but you need to make smart choices. At dinner for example, i eat my steak & spuds & load up on vegetables, they fill me up but dont make me put on weight.
Mix up your routine as well, try something different, the body gets used to the same thing so an increase in walking might help.

hurm...dad actly enought wit what hv u done...lady,,,batter try to check doctor...from my studies people hv diffrent types of bloods..some can eat lots and would not getting fat,,n some event eat small portion..they ll getting fat easily...based on ma xperience...doctor said i cant take biscuit and snack as ma meal...cuz it'll effect ma blood and ma weight..so..i try to avoid all this type of foods....and for ur infomation ..take quaker oat as ur daily meal...bfast,lunch and dinner..accompanied wit chicken,beef event fish..anything.lol...oat can absorb ur calories faster and u will see de result in a month...try young lady..why not aite.?..try make it to makesure ur real problems...
