Water Pills... ?!

Question: So what exactly are water pills?
I've heard of people taking them to help them lose weight.
But I've also heard that they are really bad for you.

Just let me know everything you know about them.

Diuretics should only be used under the supervision of a Dr. They only cause water weight loss so the user is more prone to dehydration especially if they abusse them. Dehydration can lead to electrolyte imbalances which can lead to number of problems. Just to name a few serious ones: coma, seizures, & death.

They are diuretics. They are NOT for weight loss because you just pull the water out of your body....no good. Water pills are for folks with types of heart and kidney issues who have to keep down the swelling in legs especially!

These are just as ice cubes and they can harm the throat. If these can be taken as we are taking as enema then these will be moe useful.
