How do I make this weight goal by Summertime?!


Question: I am 5'8 130-135 lbs size 5 in jeans and I am 16 years old.
I want to lose enough weight that I can become a size 1-3.
I just don't feel comfortable in my skin the way I am
But I want to lose the weight in a healthy way
first off,
Is it possible to even become a size one by summertime??
And How can I do so??

1. Eat Healthfully
2. Exercise
3. Be Patient and Consistent (you don't have to be perfect!)

Combine these three and you have the foolproof formula for healthy weight loss.

If you ask me, your the perfect size already!

But if you really wanted to lose the weight, I would suggest eating healthy. If possible, maybe become a vegetarian. Cutting out meat from your diet for a little while helps to not only detox the body, but also to shy away from fast food. And stay away from soda!!!!!!

P.S. You are too young to worry about your weight.
