What is the safest way for a 15 year old boy to gain muscle fast?!

Question: I'm 15 and don't particularly want to lose weight but I want to bulk. Also, how can I do this without the use of protein shakes.

I'm looking at about a 10 week period. Can anyone give me like a plan of what I can do in that time. Thanks.

Good lad for not wanting to go down steroid street!!! You should eat healthily, plenty of fruit and fresh veg, not so much red meat - chicken and turkey are brill! Fresh fish is an added bonus too! All the bloody things a teenager hates eh ha ha ha. Never mind - your skin and hair will benefit even if your muscles dont!! Have you got a gym near you that you can use without paying extortionate costs? how about the gym at school / college? Theres one sport in particular that will have you in tip top condition in no time - boxing! I'm not saying get into a ring and smack seven bells out of someone else to look good ha ha ha but the discipline and the training are second to none! You never know - you might really get into it and earn mega money? Whatever you do - good luck to you, nice to hear from a sensible teen!

Get to your local gym with a good set of motivational tunes on your ipod get on the machines and free weights and do high weights for low reps i suggest 1- reps of 70% your maximum output for 3 sets

good luck

put on weight and then turn the fat into muscle :)

Do some exercises and eat your mums cooking!

That's right but make sure you work different muscles and you wait 48 hours between working the same muscles twice. Also, check out healthcentral.com - they have a great diet & exercise site.

play rugby my friend does an it made him huge

at 15 years old ur not compleately developed. U wanna go to the gym and build bulk? ur too young ... in fact weight training might actually impede ur growth. And u don't want to use protein shakes? Then u would have to eat a heck of alot of meatt and protein to replace the convenience of shakes. Relax .... u will get alot more development frm weigt training in a few years
