How much should i weigh if im 5'4 age 15???!


Question: just wondering.=] cuz i already feel fat.i think i weigh like 135 ehh..no good people,, plus i knoe you would say im fat.lol but uhm i do workout everyday and i usually eat peanut butter with honey for breakfast and i would like to know if its good to eat at that time?? plus what should be my ideasl weight??

You should ditch the honey and peanut butter as a morning food. Go for something more wholesome like healthier cereal, eggs and toast, even pancakes. Not only are they healthier, but they will help you get through the day more efficiently than honey and peanut butter. Always always eat in the morning, but starting out with too much sugar, fat and calories could make your workouts less productive and keep the weight on. But you are young and your body is still developing, so just keep working out and eating as healthy as possible and things will work themselves out.

Normal weight is between 110 lbs - 140 lbs.

Well, I'm 5'4" and I'm 15 as well, I weight 117, but that's just me. Everybody is different. My grand mum's a nurse and she say's I'm underweight. But who knows..

anywhere around 120-135 is good for your weight.
I'm 5'2 and weigh 128,(your a couple inches taller so you're good)

First of all, you're FIFTEEN! your body naturally holds weight at that point because your still growing and need it.

Second, theres a reason everyone says breakfast is the most important meal of the day, if you didn't eat you would be ravenous and eat anything you could get your hands on by lunch time.

finally, I calculated it and your BMI is 23.2 which is exactly in the middle of where your normal weight should be so don't even for a second think you are fat. Peanut butter is good but in moderation because it also has a high caloric and fat content. As long as you work out, everything else will soon follow and you really don't need to worry. Your so young and that is the best time in your life because you can lose weight so much more easily compared to when your old. so enjoy it now and eat what you want without worrying

i think your weight is normal. but, use organic peanut butter and no homey. it's full of sugar unless it's organic also. try oatmeal! and yes, it's good 2 eat @ that time! breakfast is the most important meal of the day and gives you energy and brain power. if you really want to lose weight start at a goal of 3 lbs.
but if you work out every day it is probably muscle mass
