Can I lose 15-16lbs a month?!


Question: I am 22 yrs old and I weigh 230lbs. I know it is time for me to do something NOW! The weight came on after a series of tragic events in my life but now I am ready to get back to my normal weight of 140lbs. I know the bigger you are the more weight you lose..so is it possible for me to lose this much weight...and if so..how do I go about it..I work 9-5 and would getting up at 5:30 a.m. be too early?

if you do this diet and are a drinker you may not get as good resaults. eat six times a day! it works just eat healthy. small breakfest like wheat toast no jelly or butter, apple sauce, or yogert with it.
then have an apple for snack, 1 apple has almost 50 calories in it, but it makes you burn 100 calories digesting. then, a light lunch, snack dinner, snack. what this does is speeds up your metabolism, helps you train it, even after you have acheived your goal wieght, your metabolism will continue to work as if you were still on the diet.
stop drinking pop, or anything with aolt of sodium or sugar, and you can loose 25 your first month. about 10 lbs. of it will be water weight but, a good 15 just fat. tae bo works awsome for a workout. my husband did this diet plan, he lost almost 30 the first month, it only took him almost 4 months to loose 75 lbs. the healthy way.

kroger sells these great water additives peach tea, lemonaide all kinds just dump the packet in your bottle water and ur set....

yeah, i lost 20 pounds in a month by exercising everyday
