How do you work on your abs standing up?!

then pull your arms back towards your body and push your pelvis forwards.repeat this. oh yeah, and don't let anyone see you do this. they might think you are weird.

its difficult...
try walking for a long distance, and while you wake clench your ab muscles and hold them in. It will take a lot of work, but if you stick to this plan you will have strong abs in no time =)

knee lifts, tae bo knees (coming up from the side) throwing punches with your knees bent and lower body not moving, side bends with knees bent.

You can suck in your tummy, and keep it that way as long as you can. I think mine is that way even in my sleep.....

Try pilates. Every movement that you make affects your powerhouse,(your abs) and strengthens your core.
