This question is for any one who has lost a lot of weight!!?!


Question: I need help some motivation or something. ANYHTING! it is an everydaystruggle and I have a vacation in about 3 months I want to look good for my bf and I have only lost lbs! HELP ME!

you should eat small portions.. go jogging a lotttt.. sit ups.. crunches.. if you have an ab lounge, that works well.. do not eat any junk food.! and when your bored or something.. play outside with your neighbors..
and also.... go in your room, blast your favorite song, and dance like no one is watching.! thats always a fun way to get some exercise.

Oh, don't get all hung up on weight!
It can become such a waste of time!

Look at yourself in the mirror naked. It helps.

Also, try to think of it like this:

Instead of wanting to lose weight, want to be healthy. Healthier, maybe.

eat small healthy snacks every hour and a half of the day and don't eat anything within 2 hours of going to bed, that in itself should lose a few pounds. Add exercise to lose a few more, but diet is the most important. DON'T STARVE YOURSELF it will make matters worse
