Question: How can I loose around 5-8 lbs in a month???
I'm only 12, so be easy on me please, I weight 103 lbs and am 5 ft tall..

Hey hon, I have some good advice- I learned this from experience. I hope you choose this as the best answer because it works- I am 5'1" and I went from weighing 170 at my VERY highest when I was 17 (I am 22 now) and I was this much due to extreme overeating from depression(teenage years sucked and I ate ONLY fast food, bad I know). Anyway I chaanged my body completely and went from 170 to 95. I didnt do it all at once...Basically went from 170-140 in a year, then 140-130 in another year just by eating less but still all fast food. Then in summer of 2006 so about 2 yrs ago I went from 130-120 in a month when my ex broke up with me and I decided I was sick of being "chunky"- I am petite and small boned- so I started exercising and eating only healthy. NO fast food. NO soda. ONLY 1000 cal MAX-thats it. And I have developed a true passion for running. I went from 120 in Sept of 2006 to 100 by December 31st- Thats 4 months I lost 20 ls then I lost another 5 to get down to 95. Seriously--
-1000 cal max
-Run at LEAST 30-45 min consecutively every day
-Dont HAVE to weight train- I didnt at ALL and I went from being chunky to stick thin
-Eat Quaker weight control oatmeal EVERY morning with multivitamins and calcium pills at the SAME time every morning- for me between 6-7 am.
-Have an apple at 11 am. EVERYday at that time
-Salad with chicken for lunch
-Salad for dinner
-Fruit before bed
And its that simple!!!

You are only 12 and should not be worrying about your weight at such a young age. Best advice though is just eat lots of fruit, vegetables and protein, like chicken or fish, don't eat too many sweets and do some exercise.

USE GREEN VEGETABLES (BOILED) .FOR MORE THAN A MONTH.

U WILL DEFENATELY LOOSE MORE THAN 5-8 LBS.

YOU are only 12!!! and worrying about weight errrrrrm......
anyways 103lbs is about 7 1/2 stone right and thats not that heavy and anyways its probably just puppy fat when i was 12 or 13 i piled on the weight but then lost it all by the time i was 14!
If you eat junk food etc on the way home from school DON'T! bring an apple and eat that while your other friends are eating the junk! =]
And make sure you do 30 mins of exersize a day and drink 2l of water each day!
if you want to diet eat healthily and at regular times!
eat 3 snacks a day and 3 meals to keep your matabelism going it will help you loose weight!
e.g
Breakfast- porriage
Snack- Apple
Lunch Salad and GRILLED chicken
Snack- a handful of grapes
Dinner- steamed carrots and charlotte potatoes with smoked salmon
Snack- low fat yogart

this keeps you full during the day is healthy and nutritious and loses you wait ! =]

That is a massive ask. At your age I wouldn't worry about it a lot, you are still growing.
Just make an effort to eat healthy food, and cut down on that is unhealthy.
