Can I Stick PILLS in JELLO?!
Question: I'm horrible at swallowing pills..But I need to because I have really bad anxiety and the pills have calmed me before...
I heard it's easier if you stick the pill in jello and swallow..
Is that true?
And does it work?...

I used to have the same problem and I just started by just cutting my pills in half to swallow then working up from there
The jello idea sounds pretty genius though!

Eat choc, or something before then take it... its sounds odd but it works, ten eat another peice...
Heres an Idea, grow up and learn how to swallow pills
