I am 12 years old and 5"8, how much should i weigh?!


Question: i weigh between 140-160 pounds. and please give me tips on how i can lose weight, PLEASE dont just say, "oh, you shouldnt be thinking about that..."
just be real with me, i want to get a little thinner, im not trying to be anerxic, and im not going to starve myself, i just need some suggestions and answers. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!////!!!!!>!!!!!!!///

im 14 and i know how frusting it can be to lose weight with everyone saying that you shouldnt care at that age.

However, at 5 feet you should weight 100 lbs and for every inch after that 5 lbs would be about right. so:

At 5"8 you should weight anywhere from 140-145 to be healthy. But depending on how your built many a little more.
Good luck! Try just working out (cardio..no weight training until you lose the weight cause then you'll just add muscle and look even bigger) for about 45 minutes 3-4 days a week and the weight WILL come off..trust me! You just really have to stick to it.

whoa your tall. im almost 14 and im 5'6. i guess like 135 atmost. your 12 and i have a friend 13 5'8 and she weighs 135 actually you could prob get away with 140 my friend doesnt look bad. but a 20 pound range is a lot. 20 pounds makes a lot of difference

you really shouldnt worry about it since your 12 your body still has time to change but if you really want to lose weight exercise alot oh and go to google and type "BMI calculator" it will tell you if your under or over weight hope this helps and dont worry to much about your appearence as long as your healthy!!
