Im going ti gym in 10 mins i need help!!!?!


Question: give ma a workout that is for muscle building and it really hurts in the morning i want to feel pumped and i want pain in the morning no pain no gain and i will do what ever you suggest but just make sure its going to build me muscle and to hurt me lol as i think am getting used to the same exercises every day

Well, there really isn't any miracle exercise that will make you just hurt. It's how many repetitions you do and how much weight you lift.
Your right though, about every 3 - 4 weeks you should change your weight lifting program because your body does get used to it.
So do the usual: bicep curls, bench pressing, squats, etc. Just change how you lift them. For example...
If you usually do light weights and lift them many times, then get heavy weights and do fewer.
But if you usually do heavy weights and fewer then do lighter weights more times.
Just keep doing that and you'll be good and sore... like you like.

No pain no gain HA - if you feel pain you'll gain muscle damage.

Speak to one of the staff there they'll be able to advise you.

Why don't you talk to a trainer at the gym? They'll help you find a good exercise program.

you shouldnt ever hurt while your exercising, you should just not be able to do the last rep (muscle failure). You should pick some compound lfts to do if you want results : squats, deadlifts, bench press, dips, pullups, rows, millitary press, pullovers, good-mornings, lat pulldowns, situps

haha dude,i feel you..nothing feels better than a few sores here and there right?i just love the pain when i woke up in the morning..i guess you just have to do some new exercises...i never did pushups before...one night,i decided to do some reps,and whaddya know,my chest hurt all over the next morning..
its just frickin good!
