Hey there- In order to lose your love handles did you know you need to do cardio? You can't "spot reduce", that is, lose fat from one specific area from your body only-it will take a reduction of your overall body fat, which is done by combining a healthy diet, 30 min minimum per day of continuous cardio exercise such as running or swimming, etc, and some strength/circuit training which should include crunches and pushups etc as well as some light lifting. You DO need this to tone your muscles which will in turn raise your lean body mass and make it easier to lower your overall body fat. Just be patient- it does take time but stick with it and you will be where you want to be in the end.
Good luck! E-mail me if you have any questions!!

stop eating pizza and donuts, drink lots of water instead of soda. run everyday for at least 2-3 miles. lift weights, with lots of reps, and do your entire body not just upper body. you'll need to do this for at least a year if you're a real f_tazz. if you're somewhat in shape, maybe only for a few months.

Try this..

take two 5kg dumbells in two hands, stretch your legs and the lean towards one side using the weight and then the other side. After few days increase the weight. Should help reduce the love handles..pretty disgusting they are if u ask me.

plus running and other execises.
