three times a week for 30 minutes should be enough to help you achieve your goals since you are already a healthy weight.

??????????????

A half hour to an hour, maybe 3-4 times a week.

I play DDR for my cardio.

EDIT: Lol, I'm 5'2 and 110 lbs too.

At least 30 minutes per day

building up to 30 minutes four to six times a week is decent. after that you can build or stay, whatever feels healthy or works with your schedule!

at least 125 minutes

at least 30 min 3-5 times a week!!! you seem fit already so this should be nothing for you! enjoy ur workout!

About a half and hour to and hour 4 to 5 times a week.

about 3600 seconds of cardio a day is good enough. 3 times a week. or 1300 seconds a day. whichever u prefer.

Doctors recommend at least 30 minutes workouts, three times a week. However 30 minutes per day is always the better choice for optimum health.

30 minutes a day 5 days a week

you're the same height and weight as me
id say do around 1/2 hr cardio 3-4 times a week. u cud split it up say 10 mins in a morning adn the rest in the evening.. whenever is convenient
the most important thing is to make sure you are working at teh correct rate - enough to get you slightly out of breath but ensure your pulse rate doesnt go TOO high
my sister is a gym instructor XD
trust me i no about this stuff

good i am glad to hear that. You need at least 30min at least 3x a week. cont doing weights. Good

Well, someone of your height/weight should be doing cardio about 3 days a week. At my apartment complex, we have a workout facility and it has an "Airdyne" on the floor, and it maximizes every muscle with different workout levels and types, like fatburn, or up-hill, etc.. Hope I helped!!
