ok first of all you are not consuming enough calories. You should never go under 1200 a day. I am not too sure what you are eating, but maybe yo ushould try fruits veggies, whole grain bread. lean meat. Also when you weigh yourself, do it first thing in the morning because that is when you will get a more accurate reading. good luck sweetheart

Maybe your body is saying you dont need to lose 10 pounds. You are almost the ideal weight for your size.

when you eat more calories than you get rid of of course you will gain weight. you need to eat right and exercise. try eating smaller portions, or better foods. keep up the running that will help but it will take more than a week to kick in

Stop trying to lose weight. You're perfect. I'm 5'4" and would LOVE to weigh 122 lbs.

Plus you're 13, and your body will further mature into something beautiful - unless you try to starve it. The exercise is of course good for you, but don't do it as a means to lose weight, but as a way to stay healthy.

go to Africa, get a tapeworm, and stick it in your ear!
you will be sure to lose that 10lbs in no time!

Your body is in starvation mode, as a teen, you need at least 1800-2000 calories a day.
At present, your body is clinging on to fat and calories rather than burning because you're not eating enough.

First of all, at the weight you are, you aren't going to burn 600 calories by running 3-4 miles. Unless you're running them all uphill.

Second of all, your obsession with your weight, activity levels and caloric intake strike me as fantastically unhealthy for somebody so young. You're a very normal, healthy weight for your age and height, and you are by no means done growing. If you don't believe me, ask your doctor or school nurse.

Stop obsessing, and good luck!

Several possibilities:

1. Muscle is heavier (denser) than fat
2. You may be underestimating the calories you take in and actually eating too much
3. You may be eating too little, causing your body to go into a starvation mode where your metabolism actually slows down and stores more fat.

If you continue to exercise and eat correctly, you will notice a change....but don't be so concerned with what the scale reads, rather focus on how you look (more athletically proportioned, more toned, etc)

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss (it's actually a colon cleanse) and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it's 100% natural). The results were excellent. I lost about 20 pounds in 2 months with this detox. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.diet-fun-now.us where they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.
Good luck!
