How long should it ake for a fifteen year old male with 12%body fat?!


Question: to get abs i have a very controlled diet and i havent eating junk food for a couple of months i have been working out for one year and i cannot seem to lose my body fat and get the results that i want and I am getting very frustrated i drink whey protien becuase i dont eat meat(vegetarian) but i take dairy products and i play alot of football and baskebtall does anyone have any ideas on how to get the body i want like i have huge muscular arms with veins popping out. However i cannot semm to lose my chest and lower abs fat. can someone make Me a perosnal diet or give me answers on why i have this problem.

Yeah man, sorry, but most people are not genetically predisposed to having abs and 7% body fat or less. My recommendation for you is to just work steadily at gaining muscle mass. The next couple years of your life will be when you grow the most. For average people to get cut, they first have to put on a large amount of muscle, which raises their metabolism and thus drops the body fat.
