First of all, drink water. As labouring and useless as it sounds, it's key to becoming, being and staying healthy. It does so many things for you: it keeps you full, keeps your cells hydrated, helps your muscles stay at their peak if you are working out, gives you clearer skin and healthier hair etc. etc. The benefits go on and on.
As simple as it is, it works, so don't ignore it.

The other thing is, stock up on lots of fibre as the other people have said. But not just grains and the like (which are great) but fresh vegetables which contain carbohydrates and fibre which will keep you energised and full. Examples are fresh green chinese vegetables (gai lan (chinese brocolli) or any from your chinese grocer), brocolli, carrots (raw), celery etc. Spice them up by using herbs etc to keep them from getting boring.

There's also the naggling fact that a lot of this is in your mind. Find things to be doing instead of thinking about how hungry you might be. Once you're eating your 4-5 meals a day (as suggest above. Great suggestion. Keeps you full and keeps your metabolism running...), you won't be hungry, so stop thinking you are.

Exercise also helps curb hunger if you weren't already.

Hope this helps! =D

eat more fiber

Eat whole grain foods (I like Kashi's products) and lots and lots of water. Fruits and veggies help too.

Sometimes taking a walk helps - even if it's just for 2 minutes. Something about the fresh air gets my mind on to other things.

Eat small amounts of food 4-5 times a day. HEALTHY FOOD! Apple and half a sandwich= 1 of those times or bowl of cereal with a piece of fruit etc. I need to eat something every 4 or so hrs. remember, small amounts . This will curb your hunger and provide you constant energy throughout the day. Also keep drinking water throughout the day!

Eat more fiber (100% whole grains, shredded wheat, lettuce, celery, beans, etc.) and healthy fats (olive oil, fats in fishes like salmon). Don't buy everything low fat, or you will always feel hungry, just try to reduce saturated and trans fats, which are bad for your heart.

Eat 4 to 5 smaller meals per day. This will keep your meatbolism going all day and allow your body to burn calories. And it will feel like you are eating more. Eating more fiber and a little protein every meal will help too.
