Which is better..Morning Workout..or...Evening Workout?!

both thats what I heard one before breakfast one 3-4 hours before you go to bed

both is good it just depends on which is the best time available for you to do it

both would work... but it would probley b better in the afternoon if u could cuz thn u would have already used some muscals but @ evening it wouldn't b like ur over excousted...
