What do you all think if for lunch tomorrow I have a Calzone fron thr Hot Pocket!


Question: It's the supreme one. I have months since I haven't tasted one! since the Calzone is too big I only eat half of it. it has 12 grams of fat and 200 some calories. so what do you all think? good enough? Oh I'm not for losing weigh just want to know if its ok.

You shouldn't worry about what you eat, if you wanna keep from gaining weight, just make sure you burn off those calories. You dont' have to burn excess, but just burn enough to equal what you took in. Of course it's alright. Why would you worry about something like that? I used to worry about everything I ate, I would refuse to eat, or make excuses, however, I was becoming un-healthy, and, thin isn't always healthy. Who cares what you weight? If people don't like you for you, who cares? You have to like yourself, and if you won't like yourself for who you are, and think you need to lose weight, or stay the same weight, and not be able to enjoy food, than that's not good. Life's too short to focus on caring about what you eat. As long as you stay healthy, and not go overboard, than, that's what matters. If you're in good health, that's the key thing, so, of course, go for it. Eat that calzone. Enjoy it. And don't think about how many calories it has, just keep track of your intake, and how much you burn. And above all, enjoy food. Don't listen to these people who tell you that if you get into eating it, you'll over-indulge, so what if you do, as long as you can burn it off, than go for it. If you can't, than it's up to you. Just be happy with who you are, and don't worry about what other people think.

damn!!!!those calzones are soooooooooo good, but think about all the cheese and stuff and the bread, and how it would to work it off. usually when u let yourself slip and have a treat like that,youll realise what youve been missing and youll overindulge, so think about it!! opt for a nice plate of food from anywhere.itll be proably the same amount of calories, but ur also getting vitamins your body needs.

12 grams of fat is quite high for a single serving of ANYTHING, but just reading your question made me hungry. :-)

If you're concerned, you probably ought to consider that it's high in fat and also likely obscenely high in salt. However, it's like cake -- if you only eat it once in a while, it's not going to hurt you any.
