Exercises that work lower abs?!


Question: Well the tricky thing is that your "lower abs" are the same muscle as your "6 pack abs." It's one long muscle that goes from your rib cage down to your pelvis, your rectus abdominus. Any abdominal exercises that include moving your legs will target more of the lower section of your abs. Here are some examples....
leg lifts
bicycle crunches
a lot of pilates exercises....single leg stretch and double leg stretch
v sits
