Question: The food pyramid is just percentages, but what I want to know is how many grams of carbs, protein, fats, etc, a female in her 20's should eat per day. Are there any websites that you know of that could help me?

you might try http://www.mypyramid.gov/ There, you can enter in your gender, age, activity level etc. to determine the amount of food from each food group you should be eating in a day for good health. of course there are other websites to visit but this one is worth checking out.
