Swimsuit body by April...?!


Question: I'm 5''4 and currently 128 lbsish. I fluctuate between 128-132. I'd like to lose about 10 lbs and tone and tighten everything up. Preferably the stomach, thighs, and arms area. What are some good exercise tips for targeting these areas? How many reps, how many times a week and how long until I see results? Thanks!

do sit ups and leg lifts for your stomach, for thighs do squats and for arms do curls and reverse curls. Use a light weight and do as many reps as you can. Light weight = tone, heavy weight = size. Do that stuff every other day. Do cardio everyday and make sure to stretch and take at least one day a week for rest when you dont do anything.

If that's a current photo of you, you're fine already.

Swimming tightens everything up. Try swimming laps each day and maybe play any kind of sports that you would enjoy like tennis or basketball.
