Questions on the diet system Alli?!

Question: I am trying to lose weight for a vacation and I have seen ads for the diet system Alli. I wanted to know what people have heard about it or their experiences. My wife heard that if you don't stick to a strick diet it could cause anal leakage and I am betting that isn't as fun as it sounds. Thanks for your feedback

I haven't used it however I was watching a news show that was reviewing various diet products. What they said and I'm pretty sure what the Alli package says was that you WILL have anal leakage and it would probably be best if you wore a diaper while you're using it. Even if you stick to a strict diet you will get this side effect because of the natural of the drug. what it does is block fat from being absorbed by your intestines so then you have all this extra greasy liquid combining in your colon with other waste that leaks out of your all day long. I would stay as far from that crap as possible if I were you and spend your money on hiring a health and fitness professional to get you the results you want the old fashioned way. Its the safest way. All diet pills have some kind of bad side effect anyway.

Haven't taken it personally, but I've heard bad things about it like you said above. You're better off not depending on a pill and eat right, and excercise. If you want it bad enough you can lose weight its just a matter of staying motivated.

My sister is a nurse and she says the side effects are not good and are uncomfortable. You can lose weight by cutting back on your eating and cutting out sugar and fatty and fried foods for a time. You'll be happier in the long run, I'm predicting. You'd have to diet on Alli anyway.

Now, my understanding is that if you DO adhere to Alli's diet program, you'll do fine on it. If you think you can do that, give it a try.

Yes. I have it does nothing to speed up the weight loss process. It does cause anal leakage if u eat something with a little grease you will be running to the bathroom , and you won't be able to hold it. I am now trying Avakor it seems pretty good.

I know someone who is on it, and she has had no problems, but she has also not cheated on her diet one bit. I have read reviews in various women's magazines with stories of running to the bathroom due to unwelcome surprises, some women who opted to keep taking it started wearing pads like we use for that time of the month as insurance. It sounds like that is actually the thing that makes it work, because the leaks you have from eating too much fat keep you from doing it again, LOL.
