Best way for losing weight.. for guys?!


Question: I'm a guy who weighs 70-72 kgs. I eat a simple breakfast in the morning. Like cereals and peanut butter sandwich. I eat a plain sandwich with hams and lettuce. (only those 2.. kinda lame.) And almost everyday.
I'm a guy living in Korea who eat rice all the time with other sidedishes. After dinner I wait for my food to digest somewhere from 30-60 minutes. Then I exercise. I run for 30 minutes and workout with my muscles.
I do this almost everyday.. I just can't lose weight though..

Any suggestions?

You need to switch your day around.
Start with an hour's excercise before breakfast - even 20 minutes would be an improvement. Have a fairly substantial breakfast that you then set out to 'burn off' during the day. Have a light lunch with rice and vegetables (not sandwiches) and then excercise before dinner; a mixed routine that includes swimming, jogging, aerobics or weight training would be great! Make dinner another light meal and cut your carbohydrates to a minimum. No rice, noodles or bread with dinner at all, if possible, and no sugary drinks, just tea.

I think you should start counting your calories. You will always lose weight when you burn more calories than you consume, so just make sure you do this. Check out http://www.alfitness.com.au which is a good site that lets you record and monitor your calorie intake and expenditure.

eat full meal in the morning bit less at lunch and very little at night... and do cardio workouts (running, biking etc) an hour or so after eating...well i did that and i lost 15kg D:

you probably dont need to lose the weight.. you dont weigh a lot, your about average, im 18 and weigh 69 kilos, just keep up the running, try running further/faster. as for the weights, put them up, make yourself struggle a little and you might start to feel the difference

peanut butter sandwich for breakfast? no, stick with low fat cereals, exercise harder, running for 30 mins obviously isnt enough you need to work up a sweat and run for about an hour or so, also if you are working on your muscles, well muscles add to weight yeh? oh and if your so intent on losing weight i would suggest every day

Run first thing in the morning, don't jog.
You need to push yourself hard in order to get results.

if i ease up on drinking beer i begin to loose weight nearly immediately!,i look a lot better too!
