Simple. Eat right and exercise. When I say eat right that means lay off the processed food (McDonald's, etc) and eat low carbs and more veggies (preferrably home cooked meals non fried foods). The key to this is pre-planning your food for the week. It helps to avoid/decrease giving in to temptation when food for your new way of eating is not available. Also, eat in small portion 5-6 times a day. This keeps yout metabolism going, allowing you to burn fat. When you dont eat u starve yourself and your body holds on to it thinking it wont eat again.

Exercise: Develop a exercise routine that you can do 3-4 days a week; incorporating cardio (for endurance) and weight training (for toning) working difference muscle groups at a time. U may want to get a trainer who can guide you in the right direction and show proper use of equipment. What I find that helps in replacement of a "gym routine" per se is participating in a sports, like bike riding, hiking, tennis, softball etc, Things that you do for fun but gives you a work out at the same time. It is key to mix up the workouts because your body will get use to/adjusted to the same ole thing and wont be as effective.

Sleep: Rest is very important. Try to get a much sleep as you need so you body can repair and recharge itself. You want that full charge when u head into the next day having allowed the body to rebuild itself.

Just know that there are no get skinny quick diets; It will be a lifestyle change, but its so worth it! You will grow to crave the feeling you get from a good workout.

Hope this helps.

lifestyle change. for you and your whole family. If they are enabling you to eat unhealthy, then you won't get better.

There is a new weight loss patch on the market which is all natural. You can find it at http://diets.weebly.com

You need to include regular, vigorous exercise. Minimum requirement would be 30 minutes 5 days a week. combine this with moderate calorie reduction, say to 1,500/day.
