1-10? I'm fat?!


Question: Ok, I'm about 5'6 or 5'7. I'm 15 turning 16 in April. And I weigh 173 pounds. I know in some of the pictures I have brown hair, I just dyed my hair blonde a couple of weeks ago, so don't think they are other people. So what could I do to lose some weight alos?

you look average. I would never look at you and say you were fat. Actually I was expecting some big heffer, and was really surprised to see that you were not. I think you look great! you look more like you should be in college.

First of all, you aren't fat!!! You have a normal sized body!! It's a good thing! If you want to lose weight (although I don't think you need to), you should exercise - walking, running, just basic things to get your heart rate up. If you really want to diet, cut out soda, chips, snacks, sweets, and fast food. Other than that stuff, eat what you like! All the salads, fruits, and meat that you want. Junk food and no exercise make people gain weight. Just be smart and reasonable with your body, and it will respond!
