powerwalking really fast with weights. works wonders. i do it on the treadmill for 5 mins now and i get a huge sweatup! the more you put into it the more you get out of it! make sure you sweat and get the stitch before you stop!

Sprint for 5 minutes, that exercise will do wonders. Not just like a jog, but like a full out sprint. Or you can run normally for about 15, that would be good enough twice a day.

turbo jam 5 minute workout burns like 200 calories

Exercise is a great thing to keep you in good cardio health and toned but if you're only going to do it for 15 mins a day, it won't help much. If you're interested in losing weight, change your diet, that is the best way to lose weight, not really exercising. Exercise for your health yes but don't just focus on that for weight loss, you will be disappointed.

I agree, sprinting or speed walking - whatever you can do for that 5mins. Just know that no exercise no matter how turbo burns 200 calories in 5 minutes. If you could burn 200 cals in 5 minutes losing weight would be easy and we'd all be thin ;-)

Get some dumbbells and use them. Nothing is as effective in that length of time as free weights. Lay on your back and do a few butterfly curls, do some arm curls, if you don't know anything about lifting weights I can be more specific. You won't work up more of a sweat than with most other exercises and your results for the time spent will be better.

Spend every other day doing some hard cardio, you shouldn't lift two days in a row and cardio is a good workout. You can work out a mini-routine and do different exercise each time. You could also get some of the exercise bands you can fasten behind a door for some toning of specific areas. An exercise ball is good, too, and it's always there waiting for you to use it.

To get better results you could cut back on snacks, eat more than 3 meals a day to reduce hunger pangs, but make them smaller and healthier meals. Drink lots of water, no more than 6-8 glasses a day, it helps make you feel full before you start eating. Cut back on soda if you drink it and most sports drinks are high in calories and have a lot of sodium which leads to your body storing more water than it needs.

You'd be better off combining your sessions and exercising for 15 or 20 minutes at a time. You'll spend part of that 5 minutes just getting set up, stretching and warming up. Even if you're in a hurry you need to stretch and warm-up or you may injure yourself. You'll get a lot more benefit from a single 20-minute than you would from 4 5-minute sessions. And that way you're done for the day with nothing else hanging over your head.
