Should I exercize today or not?!


Question: I have just started eating healthily and skipping everyday for one hour but I feel ill today and also my knee hurts from yesterday, Should I skip today or will it make any difference if I dont? Or am I being a wimp?

If I was sick I certainly would not exercise especially if my knee hurt as well. You're not a wimp; you are entitled to take a day off if need be. I started eating healthy and also walk 30 minutes every day. I lost 25 pounds. The walking did wonders. Good luck!

really only you can answer that question, but i think you should tough it out. atleast go to the gym and do some machines with low weight or jog or walk for 30 minutes.

for real if i didnt work out every time there was something little wrong with me i would never get anything done. if your knee hurts, do some exercises with your arms, do some situps, if you really are sick though exercise is up to you (fevorish sick)

i think you should try and workout.... unless you have a temperature of say 103, or u got a real bad stomach bug..otherwise u can workout..

if your knee hurts stay away from treadmill..they are tough on knee
