i know that Ovaltine is fat free. it also has a lot of vitamins in it. its all together healthy, except it has 18grams of sugar.
it might be better for u than the breakfast mix u r drinking.
The regular fat content of the powder versions, is 1%...1 gram, 2 when added to fat free milk... In a normal diet, you are supposed to have 65 grams of fat a day. They also have sugar free versions, to reduce calories and sugars...
