Is this a good diet plan? please answer.?!


Question: 6:00pm: One bowl of spiecal K cereal (the strawberrie kind)

Lunch at school 11:45ish: A fruit bowl. (all kind of fruits)

I eat when i get home around 3:00PM, i usually eat a tomatoe soup(100 calories) because i get hungry when i get home from walking home.

5:50.PMDinner- Different all the time, my Mom always makes veggies, like potatoes carrots and she makes salads alot!

And between those i always munch on fruit cause i love it!


I work out at the gym 3-4 times a week for an hour. I am 15.
I really really want to get toned before summer so i can look good in a binkini, for once in my life.


Will this help? Is there anything i should change? Tips or advice? thanks

it seems like you'd lose weight very fast if you work out that much and eat basically nothing but fruit, veggies and breakfast cereal.
Its very healthy. You might want to find a way to get a bit more protein though.
And don't worry, Special K cereal isn't bad for you like that other person said. It's not exactly a miracle food, but it is fairly low in calories and has been fortified with lots of vitamins, so there's nothing wrong with it.

Special K is one of the worst cereals EVER for you. People who say it's healthy, what are you thinking?!? Seriously. Go look at the sugar content- It's absolutely loaded with it. It's also higher in calories and salt than most other savory cereals like all-bran and shredded wheat. The whole healthy image is a scam. It's worse than things like coco-pops!

I'd also have a bit more protein and calcium particularly with lunch. I think you should have something other than just fruit. How about a wholemeal pitta with tuna or a cheese salad?
