Why do U get more exercise from bicycling than walking at the same distance?!

bicycling requires more of the muscles than walking

It all depends on how fast you go. Usually people bicycle faster than they walk, so they would burn more calories. But you can burn the same amount of calories bicycling or walking if you are going the same speed. If you walk fast enough so that you can keep up the same pace you would be bicyciling, then you will burn the same amount of calories.

I would think bicycling because you move your legs more.
