there is some months i dont smoke at all.
i do cardio, eat VERY healthy, NEVER drink.
i dont drink coffee, dont eat junk food, i take vitamin c.

We all know it's not good for us, neither is living in the city sucking up all the exhaust from tailpipes! I like the occasional indulgence and luckily I have no urge or addiction except for an occasional night out. Doctors have told me it's fine. Eating fried food or cheesecake isn't good for you either but once in a while ... we will all die someday and I doubt it will be from lung cancer because of 3-4 packs a year.

u stupid

yea dude smoking is bad no matter if its one a month or 100 its all bad for you. Ya might get lucky and be fine but might as well not take a chance and just not smoke.

smoking clogs the holes in ur lungs and
since u excersice eat healthy , and u do other healthy stuff while u smoke
the holes open up
and u dont get any asthma or sumthing else that's bad
but each ciggerate u smoke u lose 1 hour of ur life and nothing can change that
