Depends how long you've been training.
21s were originally used as a shoulder routine (7x dumbell press,7x side lateral raises,7x seated bentover raises,)
then used by bodybuilders backstage to pump biceps at a show.
for size stick to barbell curls instead.
triceps : close grip bench press first , then the dips.
forearms ok,
shoulders, dumbell shoulder press (seated) followed by dumbell side lateral raises,
chest is fine although use dumbells instead of barbell
back, do pulldowns (to front) then barbell rows
squats and deadlifts are superb overall excersises
Like i said depends how long you've been training and wether you want to build size or strength or tone up

I don't see anything wrong with these. A few I like to add too is skullcrushers and the V-bar for triceps, shrugs for neck, row bar for shoulders, aswell as declines and flys for chest

Yeah man sounds great. You have them all right. Keep up the good work. Good luck and hit is hard.
