dont listen to all these other people. the stereotype perfect-i guess you could say is skinny, pretty, preppy. stick with what makes you happy. if that means a self diet,go for it. just make sure you done put your health in danger. maybe with the salad part, try 2 cups worth of salad, with veggies and maybe(if you want to)some skinless/boneless chicken/or other kind of hearty protien. since you wil be working out so much, you need to also make sure you have a higher salt intake and pottasium-(found in bananas),since you will be burnng it off. the fruit in the morning sounds good, maybe some orange juice, dont forget wheat! bread bread bread :]hope it helps.

lol yeah good luck with that

sorry but no

not enough protein. also make sure u don't over do the can of tuna...cuz of the high amount of mercury in tuna.

No. You need to eat more. Here is a better plan:

Breakfast: Oatmeal and fruit
snack: Maybe some string cheese
Lunch: Salad with some skinless chicken breast baked
Dinner: Lean meat with beans and rice.

it depends what you are trying to do. if you're trying to lose weight and get skinny for the summer, then yes, you're off to a god start. if you're lifting weights and trying to build muscle, then you're going in the wrong direction. also remember, if your body doesn't get enough food, it will go into starvation mode and slow down your metabolism which will stop you from losing weight too.

uuumm sounds like your not gonna get all the healthy nutrients you need...i dont think u need 2 hours either....but who knows? if it works for you then do it

If you can handle it and feel okay then good. If you start feeling a bit different try having some sort of carb or some eggs. It doesn't hurt to indulge because thats usually why diets fail by not getting a little something that you like. Usually what helps me is just buying Healthy choice meals and taking it easy on the portions when it comes to eating something "Good". Drink lots of water and lay off sodas. Good luck.

yes but the tuna and turky has a bit of fat

I think I'll try that...thanks

so far so good but
dont you tthink you have some dairy products and grain.
or maybe just .........
you can just follow the food pyrimid.

Nope-You are probably not getting enough food for 2 hours of working out. It is okay to up your healthy foods. Lots of fiber, veggies, fruit, and the right amount of protein.

it sounds very health I hope you do not mind I think I will try to follow this diet it sound good

i think if u make one of the portions of salad bigger it would be a great diet i like it good luck!

no.
your not eating enough.
ppl think that the less you eat the more you lose.
not true.
you need to eat healthy, Small protions, and evry 3 hrs they
say to lose weight the right way.
Bc the more often you eat, the more often that your
metabolism is running. there for the more you lose.

Nope. My sister in law has a really low body fat weight and you should try her diet. She eats a bran muffin in the morning, for lunch peanut butter and crackers, and then she eats dinner at night. Which includes a protein, a carb, and veggies. If you want something sweet for dessert either eat yogart or a fruit. No sodas and LOTS OF WATER

No thats not healthy... thats actually crazy! Eat unlimited amounts of salad and fruit and that would be better. Try to add nuts too, the other poster is correct you need more protien than you will be getting with just the tuna otherwise you are going to get really tired.

i wont tell you yes or no. but check out the USDA food pyamid program. sign up for it and put your weight hieght and build in it and you can see what is recommended. add yogart (dairy) varies fruits can be negative and possitive. you need fiber in the morning to help your insides. look into vitamins

Is this all that you are eating all day? Then, no! You need three good meals or several small ones all day. Please, eat fruits and vegetables, whole grains, salmon and fish. Did you know that tuna is full of mercury? Try another fresh fish. And, you need some oil for your skin and health. Try a little light olive oil. Oatmeal, would a good breakfast for you.

No... no offense, but that sounds kind of anorexic :/

Ok... let's count the amount of calories you would be consuming... salads=40?, tuna/turkey=>500, fruit=>100... So that's like way under 1,000. You should really be getting 2,000 calories a day, but if you must limit calories then 1,500 is reasonable. Not consuming enough calories is not only bad for your overall health and causes eating disorders, but it will actually slow down your metabolism, making it harder to lose weight once you do eat again. And when you do lose weight, you will probably look sickly. If you want to lose weight more healthily, try eating small portions throughout the day. This way you will burn calories as you go through the day and will end up having a healthier body weight than barely eating or eating 3 normal-sized meals. And the 2 hour exercise thing? That's good... do that.

No it doesn't sound healthy.

You have no grains, not enough vegetables, or fruit. There's no dairy. You won't be eating enough calories to handle 2 hours of exercise. And you really only need 45 minutes of working out if you're trying to lose weight. 2 hours is just excessive and pointless.

A healthier day would be:

Breakfast: Oatmeal with milk, with the fruit for breakfast.

Lunch: Turkey sandwich (whole wheat bread) with cheese with a salad.

Snack: Banana with peanut butter

Dinner: A salad, side of vegetables: green beans. corn. broccoli.. you can get single microwaveable servings of these in the frozen section. They're like 60-100 calories a serving, there's no reason not to be eating them. A portion of beans or chicken or some low-cal main dish. With a whole wheat piece of toast.

Also, change up what you eat. If you eat only salad, tuna or turkey and one piece of fruit, you're going to be incredibly hungry but also incredibly BORED. You're not going to stick with it long.

Edit:
Even if you eat more salad, you're still not getting enough of everything I mentioned above.
