running intervals over several mile distances...I set a goal for myself, such as five miles and then run, walk, jog, and sprint different sections of the distance. I also stop for crunches, push-ups, and stretches every few miles

my job - I work in a restaurant and it's 7 hours (per work day) of running around, bending, squating, lifting, twisting, pulling... It's great!
