Question: Is it good to drink fruit juice immediatly after a work out? I know the importants of protein, but simple carbs? I heard that it was because of the glucose levels needing to be restored. What is an ideal carb to eat after a workout? And what amount?

There both wrong. You need a simple carb after working out to restore glucose levels.
the best carbs r good for are before working out... it's a good sourse for fast energy thats y athletes eat a huge dish of pasta before their big day u know but about after i don't c it's nesesity unless u workout everyday then sure y not i would advise u of eating some meet after working out or penut butter... u know protein sourse...so carbs before....and protein after keep doinn the froot thing too
Yes its ok to have fruit juice as long as you also have at least 40 g of protein with it. The protein is more important than juice. An ideal carb after workout would be a sweet potato, brown rice, fibrous vegtables. You should always consume protein with all your meals no matter what.
