Motivation?!


Question: Im 16, 5' 6", and weigh around 200 pounds. I've been trying to lose weight. I've been eating right, eating less Calories and i've been trying to exercise every night, but i always lose motivation. What can i do to stay interested in my workout? Please help!

turn off the tv and listen to music when you excerise, get a friend to work out with, the best motivation is when you start to see the difference in the mirror.

If I'm not mistaken... Track and Field starts in about 2 weeks.
Join. Do a field event. You'll get fit, while having fun!

Put pictures of ladies that have the body you want all over your house and remind yourself constantly of what your striving for. worked for me, and now I look more like the models I posted around my place.

Just think about why you want to get fit and set goals for your self, if you achieve those goals then reward youself. Good luck.

lol ive had the same prob when i was 14 @320lbs, but now at 16 and 225lbs, my motivation are girls, wanting to be health, n the dream of me being proud to take my shirt off at the beach :)lol seems silly but true

Think about how great your body/muscles will look.
