Is soya milk good for you?!
Question: I drink soya instead of dairy because i'm allergic to dairy and i was wondering if it's ok to drink in large quantities. (i have about a carton a day)

someone told me it could be an alternative for a cow's milk.. but i dont like th taste of it..
