Love handles..?!


Question: im pretty happy with my body, im a size 8/10 (us 4/6) but i have love handles id like to get rid of..does anyone know any good excercises i can do a few of every other day cos im pretty busy? thanks :)

side bends - 50 per day
and also try using weights while you do these exercises. Another good exercise for love handles is to do rows with weights. This would require a machine.

  • thats exactly my size, and I have the love handles too... you know, its winter time and they just come with winter.I just wear my pants a size bigger so they don't bulge out. Then when it starts getting warmer, I eat a little less and go back down to my 6 for summer.

    If your ready now to work it off, just cut down your calories and walk on the treadmill or track if you can for about 20 minutes a day. I can usually tell a difference after a few days of discipline.
