Has anyone lost weight using Xenical?!

No medication has ever been proven superior to diet and exercise over a time longer than 12 months. I don't like any patient to rely on a pharmaceutical for weight loss. The side effects of Xenical are particularly distressing for some (think racing stripes in the underwear). It is also expensive. Alli is the same med over-the-counter, so don't be fooled into trying it instead. If you are motivated to be healthy, you will be able to make the lifestyle changes necessary to achieve your goals. I didn't like it, it was disgusting and to be honest it never stopped me over eating and comfort eating late at night, it made me feel dirty and disgusting.
i used it and it was horrible ok even if i had salad i was on the loo. i had it free because i'm in wales, (i'm only 12 stone). but i just went on the silm fast diet and ride my bike to work (10 mins in moring and ten 30 mins on the way home) and i lost half a stone in my first week. it just kept coming off then. good like hun xxx

Taking medication to lose weight is not a good idea, most people just end up putting the weight back on once they stop taking it.
