Im not sure...

104 lbs is a lot for a 10 yr old but... if she is 5' then its not really as bad as it seems. she is though.. at risk of being overweight. when she says she wants "real food" she is prob reffering to foods that everybody else eats such as fastfoods and stuff (fast food is definately not real!!-ever watch "supersize me"?? ahhh!!!!!) i guess u shud look for recipes that r really healthy but at the same time taste great too

the usuall is about 100-110

Remember you are in Control.

they should weigh around 80-90 lbs.

Give her real food occasionally... if by that she means things like meat, pasta, potatoes, and so on. Health food actually isn't that healthy, and she needs calories to grow.

If you're already feeding her that sort of thing (and I'm not insinuating that you're not) and she is just being rude or using it as a ploy to get fast/junk food, then ignore her.

well when i was 10 i was like 85 pounds . try giving her veggies with dip like for a snack give her carrots and ranch dip hope it works out well =)

The healthy weight for someone 5' tall is between 100 and 120 lbs. I linked a BMI chart for you. Always provide your child with healthy food, regardless of what they say. Veggies, lean meat, whole grains. They will learn to appreciate it with time.

Her weight sounds fine. She is growing, and active, so treats won't hurt her health or weight. You are the boss -- if she's whining for goodies or being bratty, tell her no! Dessert after a healthy meal, though, is nice for everyone.

10 year old shod way 80ponds to 110 so she is healthy
