How many pushups?!
Question: I'm 16, how many "girl" pushups should I be able to do? I can only do like 10 right now. Which is annoying....but also what other exercises can I do to strengthen my arms all over AND my shoulders? What else should I do besides pushups? Thanks!

The more the better.
There are all sorts of arm and shoulder exercises. I don't know what a girl would want to do, as opposed to a guy, so I'll just list all the ones I know.
Shoulders:
military press
behind the neck press
frontal raises
side raises
reverse flies
shrugs
Biceps:
concentration curls
preacher curls
pullups
Triceps:
dips (very good for arms, chest, and shoulder stability!)
pulldowns (machine)
skull crushers
dumbbell pressups, behind the neck
To improve push ups, specifically, you probably want to work on your chest too. Do bench press, incline/decline bench, flies, or...push ups! The best way to get good at something is to keep trying it over and over.
Thats good for a girl. You can do curls, triceps, military press.
