Im very overwieght and im in crutches what exercises can i do, details below...?!


Question: i realy realy need to lose weight, i broke my leg so ***** exercise for months and know theres been some difficulty which has resulted in me walking with a cast and crutches for another 3 months. im 5'3 and weigh 10 and a half stones, and im a girl. and i cant wait anymore!!!!!

please can u give me ideas on what exercises i can do whilst lying down, i cant realy move around much with crutches so ideas that only require me staying in one room.

i will realy be dedicated to any exercise plan

Get a pair of light dumbbells and do the following:

curls
triceps extensions
dumbbell press
dumbbell laterals
bench press
flys

Do 3-4 sets, 12-15 repetitions each, 3-4 times a week

All of these exercises can be performed without standing.
