Im 15 and 5'1 i love to workout and am realy strong, but does lifting weight!

No it doesn't stunt your growth. Weight training is a great way to stay toned and keep your metabolism up.

I don't think it can stunt growth, I believe it makes your bones stronger.

your muscles get in the weigh of your bones and your bones stop growing and developing
thus you stop increasing in height

No. Lifting weights won't stunt growth, esp at 15.

yep it does, i had hope to grow but.................the thing is that am a big modafoka now!!!!!!

if the weights are too much for your body.... then it may stun your growth.

use only weights that will "tone" your body and not too much weights that may give you disadvantages

alright alot of people say it stunts your groth but iv been lifting since i was 13 and im still grownin so i dont think it does.
