Hi how do i get my bench press up with no weights beside push ups kick backs and!


Question: hi i work out every day and i do go to the gym and lift with weights just. for when i am at home and cant get to the gym what is another way to get my bench up because i want to get my bench up to about 170 its at 160 know and i am 14

You just have to get creative. If you have a little brother or sister, you could have them provide resistance by sitting on your back while you do push ups. You could also pick up some of those weight resistance bands and use them while you are at home for those times you cannot get to the gym.

you could get two dumbells (cheap) and do flies and dumbell rows and dumbell benchpresses at home

the best way is to get in a program at school with the football coaches. they know exactly the right routine you should be doing. its very helpful and keeps you in shape.
